Mertens answers questions from public
The following guest blog post first appeared on http://Mertens4Mayor.com on July 14, 2010. I recorded the video during the event, did some basic edits, and uploaded them to Merten’s campaign YouTube channel before posting them with this write-up to his Web site.
At the all-candidates debate hosted at the high school in June by the Concerned Citizens of Prince Edward County, many questions were answered by those running for mayor. There was a series of questions prepared by the hosts and known in advance by the candidates. Peter’s responses to those questions can be seen here on this Web site. Additional responses can be seen on his YouTube channel.
After a short break in the evening’s events, the candidates reconvened to field questions from the public. The candidates had no time to prepare written answers for this exercise. These videos show Peter’s answers to some of those questions.
