Christina McCall

My Life as a Dame

House of Anansi (2008)
Grade: A

Neither an autobiography nor a biography nor a collection of essays, this book is a hybrid. My Life as a Dame is a bound homage to the late Canadian journalist, Christina McCall. Her writings for Canadian periodicals are gathered here with loving and insightful chapter introductions by her widower, editor Stephen Clarkson.
