PECI Panthers roaring online

Submitted by Jennifer on July 5, 2009 – 7:57 amNo Comment

Senior comm tech students populate the high school’s unofficial YouTube channel

The halls at Prince Edward Collegiate Institute in Picton have emptied for the summer, but the videos produced by PECI students can live online forever.

The experiment I was contracted to try with the school on behalf of the County’s economic development office was a big success. The students learned a lot, the businesses they profiled on video seem genuinely happy and their teacher, Felix Liebriegts, and I are thrilled with the results. The school’s unofficial “channel” on the Web is located at www.youtube.com/pecipanthers.

Congratulations to these students and good luck in the future!
