After documenting their achievements at the 2009 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto, I was pleased to watch Petra Cooper of Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company and Kevin Gibson of the Empire Cheese & Butter Company at the British Empire Cheese Show in Belleville.

Both companies, headed by Prince Edward County people, were again ranked highly by their peers.
