How to delete your blog by accident

Last night I accidentally deleted my whole blog! I was trying to back it up so I wouldn’t lose everything, and ironically, I lost everything.
Please bear with me while I rebuild!
PS I recommend hiring someone to do this if you’re not absolutely sure what you’re doing with databases, content and everything. The consequences can be especially devastating if you use your blog for networking, social media… and of course, SEO.
